My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ANNIE & REILLY NEEDS A HERO!!!!

In the heart of our community, a remarkable story of resilience, love, and the power of sisterhood has unfolded, starring two beautiful feline sisters, Reilly and Annie. These 4-year-old siblings have faced more than their fair share of hardship, having been separated and left to fend for themselves on the unforgiving streets since last August. But fate, it seems, had a different plan in store for them. Thanks to the compassion of a young lady and her sister, these two lost souls were miraculously reunited, proving that hope and kindness still flourish in the most unexpected places.
Reilly, the adventurous spirit, was the first to be discovered, seeking shelter and warmth at a doorstep, her eyes pleading for a chance at a better life. Although the kind-hearted woman who found her couldn't offer her a home due to other pets, she did the next best thing by reaching out to the ECHA, ensuring Reilly's safety. Barely a week later, in a twist that seems nothing short of destiny, Annie was found by the young lady's sister, though in a much more dire state. Emaciated and barely hanging on, Annie's discovery and subsequent reunion with Reilly was a moment of pure joy and relief for everyone involved. Now, after receiving the care and love they so desperately needed, both sisters are thriving, their health restored, and their bond stronger than ever.
We are now reaching out to our community, in search of a very special person or family who understands the depth of connection these sisters share and is willing to open their heart and home to both Reilly and Annie. It's impossible to ignore the serendipity that brought these sisters back together through the actions of another pair of sisters, making their story one of hope, resilience, and the unbreakable bonds of family. These sweet, laid-back cats have so much love to give and deserve a forever home where they can continue their journey together. Could you be the special adopter who writes the next chapter in Reilly and Annie's incredible story? Let's not separate these sisters again. Let's give them the loving, secure future they deserve, together. If you would like to meet these two, call Gloria at 217-962-9590. you can go to our website to fill out an adoption application.
