My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What’s a motto? Nothing, what’s the motto with you? Meet our dignified, 81lb Simba. While others search for what they can take, a true king searches for what he can give… and this royal Pitbull Mix can give you some company! At 6-years-old, this stoic, even-tempered pup is the kind of guy who wants to sit on the couch with you and watch some good movies. After saving Pride Rock, he is looking for some balance in his circle of life, taking nice strolls seeing everything the light touches. Like any lion, this one loves his food so please allow him to enjoy his meals and treats in peace. Simba would love adopters who would respect his independent life style when it comes to food and toys. As my friends once told me: you got to put your behind in your past… and find a family who loves you.

The Monmouth County SPCA is open for walk-ins every day, starting at noon!
