Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Everyone needs a little mermaid in their life! Meet Ariel, a sweet chonky lady! She is fostered with other cats and dogs. She is fine with the other kitties and tolerates the dogs, but would also be just fine as an only! She likes affection and pets and eskimo kisses. She likes all people but seems to gravitate towards men just a little more. She is very playful and sweet and ready to find her forever home! Ariel is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.
Top 5 things about Ariel:
She is intrigued by shadow puppets.
She has the softest tuxedo fur.
She has a sweet, soft meow.
She will flop down and bare her chonky pink belly and ask for a rub when you walk by.
She is available!
Her adoption fee is $125.
We require an approved application prior to scheduling any meet and greets. Applications can be found on www.ABRAangels.com or you can request one at ABRAangels@gmail.com. Adoption includes spay/neuter, rabies and deworming and vaccines.
WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR CATS OR KITTENS TO BE DECLAWED!!!! Declawing is an owner convenience and serves no benefit to the cat. If you adopt a kitten/kitten and we find out it has been declawed, not only will you lose your adoption fee, but we have the right to reclaim the cat.

Their adoption process
Additional adoption info
Our adoptions start with an application and approval process. Most of our adult dogs have an adoption fee of $250, regardless of how much medical attention they have received (some of them cost us substantially more than that, all of our rescues are thoroughly vetted and treated for any illness before being adopted out). You must be 21 adopt from us.
We prefer a fenced in yard but it's not required. All people in the household must be present for adoption and we request that you at least spend 45 minutes with the pet of your choice before making the commitment to take them home
EVERY adoption includes spay or neuter. Check around; not everyone includes the price of surgery, even if it's required. Our donation for dogs also includes: first shots, heartworm test if over 6 months, and rabies shot (at time of surgery if too young). Most are also microchipped. Cats come with surgery cost included, first shots, FIV test, and nail trim. We do NOT allow our cats to be declawed!

More about this rescue
We are a foster style rescue. Our pets live with us, so we know more about them than the average shelter. We have a variety of homes that include other dogs, cats, kids, etc.
Spaying and neutering is the absolute best way to curb pet overpopulation. We believe in low cost spay and neuter and can provide info on low cost surgeries.
We also believe pet nutrition and vaccine awareness can keep your best friend healthy for life. Our fosters are fed high quality food. We encourage people to explore the nutritional value of pet food and make the best decision for their pets.
