My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Agatha

Agatha is an 8 year old female pug. She is current on vaccines & microchipped. Her spay appointment is scheduled. She weighs around 12lbs.

Don't let Agatha's age fool you! She has so much pep in her step & is curious about life! She will beat you through the door to your destination & wants to be your sidekick. She coexists with other dogs but would be just fine as the only dog in the home. She's not fond of sharing her food/treats, which is no big deal if she has her own space in her new home. She is working on her potty training & with a little more practice, she will be great on a leash/harness. She doesn't mind going on car rides.

Agatha is a big spirited lady ready to live her best life in her forever home! Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com & you will be contacted within 48hrs if your application fits her current needs.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
