Meet Oliver, an irrepressible and lovable three-month-old pup whose early life was fraught with challenges. Surrendered to Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue by a backyard breeder, Oliver arrived in our care riddled with ticks and fleas, an array of neglected innocence. He had spent his short life confined to a concrete kennel, never knowing the simple joys of being petted or the exhilaration of exploring the world beyond those cold walls.

When we first met Oliver, he was bewildered by the sounds of passing cars and unfamiliar with the gentle tug of a leash. His wide, innocent eyes spoke of a life that had yet to experience love, comfort, and the world’s wonders. But from the moment he stepped into the arms of one of our most dedicated foster mamas, Oliver’s journey of healing and discovery began.

With the help of a loving foster home and the attentive care of a compassionate veterinarian, Oliver has made remarkable strides. Gone are the fleas and ticks that once plagued him, replaced now by a coat of fluffy white fur that begs to be stroked. He has received all necessary vaccinations and is on a path to perfect health. When he turns six months old, we will cover the cost of his neuter surgery at Simi Valley Spay Neuter Clinic, ensuring he continues to thrive.

Oliver has blossomed into a 12-pound ball of love, with a newfound zest for life. He adores the beach, where he can feel the sand beneath his paws and the wind in his fur. His transformation is nothing short of miraculous, a true testament to the power of love and care.
He loves to play, to sleep at your feet if you work from home. To snuggle up next to you at night for cuddles. He truly deserves the best furever future in the world!
