My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

America would be the perfect addition to anyone looking for a loyal companion!

She's been a complete angel at her foster home! America is house trained and has not chewed on or destroyed anything in her foster home and because of this she has had free rein of her home. Give her a comfy dog bed or a window to look out of and she's happy as can be.

She's a mellow dog who prefers to be by your side more than taking a walk or going outside. She gets along great with the 60 lb. Shepard mix in the home, as well as the neighbor's dogs (not cat tested).

America thrives on attention and just wants affection and tummy rubs. She knows how to sit, shake, and stay, fairly well. She is working on leash manners. She has such short hair, so shedding is minimal. She's also a calm car rider.

She would make the perfect indoor pet for anyone needing a loyal companion. Please consider adopting this sweet girl!
