Penny is a hoot! Very shy in new surroundings but LOVES playing with other dogs! She needs a secure fenced yard, and a little patience with her shyness. She has come so far in her foster home! She also attended a PetSmart adoption event and did awesome as well. She is an active, silly snuggly munchkin!
