My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henrietta is a lovely lady who came to PACC as a stray. She has heartworm disease and needs to find a loving foster home where she can hang out during the treatment process. Henrietta needs to be kept in a calm environment and does not need any exercise while going through this process- she just needs to rest, relax, and get healthy! Here’s what volunteers have said about Henrietta:

“We took Henrietta and her kennelmate to a play yard twice this week and they’re the sweetest pups! Henrietta is easy to handle and not reactive to other dogs. Her tail is always wagging and she looks back often with a smile. She doesn’t pull at all and it’s a joy to walk her.”

“I met this great pup today. She snuggled up to me for endless scratches.
I had a medical foster with heartworm and it’s no big deal to help these pups. In fact, it is very rewarding to be there when they need you most. Go on down to PACC today to see if you can be Henrietta’s special someone!”

During a brief foster stay Henrietta- here’s what her foster said:

“Henrietta is a very sweet and affectionate dog. She wants nothing but love and attention and is happy to have someone near. She listens well and is eager to please.”

Henrietta loves people and kids! She is housebroken and wants to be your cuddle buddy! If you’re looking for a couch potato to hang out with, Henrietta is your gal! Please contact pacc.medicalfoster@pima.gov if you can help Henrietta!
