Toby is such a sweet boy! He was brought in by animal control and was never claimed and we can't figure out how you would let this little guy slip away. He presents in his kennel as shy and timid, but the shelter is a loud and scary place for a lot of dogs. Once you get Toby out in the yard though his sweet personality just shines through. He is a loving boy that wants your attention. He is well mannered when we have him out and keeps his kennel very tidy, trying not to soil it. Toby would be a wonderful companion!
