We are in our late 60's and adopted Jackson from a family with 3 children. We missed our maltese/poodle and wanted another dog but this little guy is just too much for us. He chases the cats and wants more lap time than we have to give him.
Jackson has many good qualities. He only chews on his toys which he loves to play with and fetch. He sleeps very well in his kennel at night and loves to be held and cuddled. Our challenges are the cats, and he jumps up on us for attention. Our groomer thinks he may have been abused b/c he is barky and growly upon first meeting someone but she also thinks he will outgrow that as he learns to trust again because he calms down quickly and doesn't bite.
We had him neutered two weeks ago which is why we would like to receive $300 for him. We had him groomed. The previous owners had not and he was quite matted. He has two nice little beds, toys, his harness, leash and a kennel which will accompany him to his new home,
