URGENT - URGENT - PHILADELPHIA, PA - FRED IS IN URGENT NEED OF A LOVING FAMILY AND/OR SENIOR DOG SANCTUARY. - Fred was a beloved puggle by a woman who had to move to a senior center that doesnt allow dogs. Her son and daughter in law brought Fred into their home; however, their 2 English bulldogs that they have keep viciously attacking him - everyday. This is urgent. Although Fred is 12 years old, he has vitality and healthy as a puppy. Free to a loving qualified home. Fred has some submissive wetting issue which may have to do with the dogs and his fear of them.
