My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tatiana is a 1 year old, Chihuahua mix that tops the scales at 8.5 lbs. She’s pocket sized, which is perfect because her favorite place to be is with her humans. Her foster mom says she’s adorable, sweet, cuddly, and affectionate. Tati is in foster with multiple dogs of all sizes and she does well with each of them. She is crate trained but seems to do fine free roam with a doggie door. Tati would love a home with couch and bed privileges. She is a young, small dog so she’s playful and wiggly and can sometimes be underfoot.

Tatiana is being fostered in Mead, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

Mile High Canine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Colorado non-profit organization established in 2019. We are 100% volunteer run and foster home based. MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found. While in foster care, our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested/treated, microchipped, and vaccinated. We rescue dogs from Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
