Colby is a mild-mannered boy who is friendly and playful. He loves people and other cats. When he is tired, he likes to briefly nap on a lap, in someone's arm or on the couch. He sleeps on the bed at night and cuddles up to whoever is there. His favorite toys are strings, small balls, and wadded up paper. He is easy to entertain and chases those items through and around cat tunnels. His momma taught him to play with her with toy mice but he prefers a game of tag or catch-the-tail. Colby was a momma's boy as an only child so his cousin Dorito joined the family and they became fast friends. He enjoys wrestling with her and cuddling with her in the cat tree. Colby and Dorito are the purrfect pair.
-$125 adoption fee per kitten.

Hardest part of rescue is:
- Not being able to save every cat.
- Finding excellent homes for our rescues.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit.

The $125 adoption fee per cat ensures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.
