My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh my...who is this handsome (or should we say HAM-some ) boy? This is BRANDO, and just like his namesake, he's a star!

Brando has been the king of good vibes since the day I brought him home. Usually my personal dogs need a couple days to warm up to a newcomer, but they took to Brando instantly! He made himself right at home, and has been a perfect houseguest ever since.

I don't know how Brando ended up as a stray, but it's clear that he did have a family at one point. When he arrived at my house, he already knew the command "sit" and was housebroken as well - in fact, he is so well-behaved indoors that he doesn't even have to be crated while I'm away!

He is a very happy and athletic boy who loves to play with his foster siblings and engage in other doggy pursuits (going for walkies, chewing on bones, and snuggling). He doesn't mind "taking orders" from the other dogs in the house, so if you already have a dog who's on the bossy side, Brando would be a great companion! Zero issues with separation anxiety or resource-guarding. He's your typical jolly house hippo!

This is what Brando has to say for himself: "GOOOOOOOOD Morning!!!! Every morning is a good morning to me!! I know I'm a beefy boy and some people think I look intimidating, but I'm actually a very sweet guy. My foster mama calls me a big marshmallow. My favorite thing is to rest my head in your lap and be petted. No...my favorite thing is walkies. NO...my favorite thing is MEAL TIME!! Sometimes I get so excited about food and spin so fast that my mama says I'm going to lift off like a helicopter! I could be your perfect Mister Baby Brando if you will just give me a chance!"

Brando is KID-FRIENDLY and DOG-FRIENDLY! (He has not been tested with cats, although that could be arranged.) He is such a cool dude, and he deserves a family who will love him forever!
