Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Katie
Estimated DOB 10/2023
Silver, brown and cream tabby
Mama Katie was trying to take care of her litter of four in the walls of a warehouse. When workers heard meowing from within the walls, they found her kittens in the insulation and rescuers were able to trap Mama Katie and move her and her days-old babies into rescue.
We think Katie has been fending for herself since she was a young kitten. She is still a kitten herself and is only a bit over 4 lbs. She is shy but very loving and leans into pets, rubs against your legs, and will flop over for belly rubs. She does not like to be picked up but will keep you company wherever you are. Gets along with cats and dogs. No small children.
Available for pre-adoption. (Not spayed or fully vaccinated yet)
If the cat is under the age of 9 months old or has heath issues, a vet reference is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.
Adoption fee of $110. covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, FIV/FELV test and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.
Please email Lowcountryanimalrescue@ymail.com for an application.
