My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Morgana: Your Independent and Loving Tuxedo Kitty
About Morgana:

Date of Birth: June 15, 2021
Status: Spayed and up to date on all vaccines
Morgana is a beautiful tuxedo cat who was sadly surrendered because her family could only take two cats to their new home, leaving Morgana in the shelter. Understandably, Morgana is feeling confused and overwhelmed, and we are eager to find her a new forever family that will provide her with the love and attention she truly deserves.

Morgana is an independent girl who loves people but prefers to do her own thing. She would thrive best in a home without other pets, as she isn't fond of the other cats in the shelter, despite previously living with other felines. Morgana's unique personality and striking looks make her a special addition to the right home.

Why Morgana?

Independent Spirit: Morgana loves people but also enjoys her alone time.
Beautiful Tuxedo: Morgana's striking tuxedo coat makes her stand out.
Loving Companion: While she prefers to be the only pet, Morgana has plenty of love to give to her human family.
To adopt Morgana, please apply online at eastshoreha.org. Once your application is processed and approved, our staff will reach out to schedule your personal appointment to meet Morgana.

Note: Adoption meetings are by approved application and scheduled meet and greet only. Apply today and give Morgana the loving home she deserves!

Additional adoption info

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

Adoption Requirements:

1. Have verifiable identification

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home

4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered

5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier

6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
