Introducing Neon, the dazzling diva of Momma Mercury's Metal Munchkins!
This little lady is bursting with love and energy, just like her namesake! Rescued alongside her momma and eight adorable siblings from a wild crate adventure, Neon is ready to light up your life with her puppy kisses and wagging tail!

Age: Almost 5 months old and a heart-melting mix of Boxer and Basenji!

Personality: Affectionate, friendly, and playful-Neon is the life of the paw-ty!

Social Skills: Loves hanging with other pups but hasn't met any kitties yet. She's curious to see what those feline friends are all about!

Family Fit: A+ with kiddos! She's got the perfect mix of playfulness and chill, making her an awesome companion for your little humans.

Special Note: This gal is dreaming of her own yard to romp around in-so a home with a yard is a must!

Submit Application

Fill out an adoption form found on the animal's profile at www.straypawsrescue.com

2.

Interview

Once the application is reviewed, it is sent to the foster and they will reach out to you in 1-3 days.

Meet the Pet

The foster will set up a time and place for you to meet the pet. We will also need to meet your resident pets if you have them.

4.

Home Check

We will do a home visit to ensure the foster animal goes to the right home. We will call your landlord if you rent.

5.

Approve Application

We call all 3 references. If you have a resident pet, we will call their vet to confirm they are up to date on vaccinations & altered.

Additional adoption info

All adoption fees are payable the day the contract is finalized.
Please note our adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies 6 months and younger - $325.00
Young adults 7 months-6 years - $300.00
Adults-Seniors: 7 years+ - $200.00
Cats and kittens - $150.00
Pair of kittens - $275.00

PLEASE NOTE OUR ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS
By submitting this application there is no guarantee that we will place a dog or cat with you.
We only adopt to families within 50 miles of St. Louis, MO.

We do not have a shelter. We are foster based only.
All adoptions require a completed application

We are a 501c3 licensed non profit organization in St Louis, Missouri. We are foster based and have a passion for helping the animals who have been dumped and abandoned in St Louis city. We also work hard to help save those in high kill shelters that are scheduled to be euthanized. We believe in that all pets deserve a second chance and that there is a home for everyone.
