**These girls were adopted out together and returned within 3 weeks for not being “friendly enough.” We’ve had them back for about two weeks and they’re all great. A little bit skittish at first and about being picked up but they are very sweet and just need someone who can earn their trust and love. Animals aren’t always perfect right off the bat and that doesn’t mean we should give up on them**

*mom (gray dumbo) is about 9 months old and her female babies were born on 5/5/24

-Mama came in from a hoarding situation, so she went on pregnancy watch and gave birth to babies a few weeks later! She had eight little babies of which she is living with four of the girls. Mom is a super sweet girl who is very outgoing and people friendly and the babies have been handled since before their eyes opened so they are also super people friendly. They like being petted and picked up. These girls cannot be adopted as singles and must be adopted in pairs or groups. Ideally we would kove for them all to be adopted together. Female rats are usually more active and playful while males are usually more cuddly and lazy. Adoption fee is $30 for a pair, $45 for a trio, and we’d do $55 for the whole group.

All potential adopters will be fully screened and must fill out an application and come meet the animal they wish to adopt. No animals will ever be shipped.
