She knows commands like "upstairs for night-night" and will head straight to her crate. When it’s time for a walk, she patiently sits by the door as you grab her leash. Huntress has a heart full of love for everyone she meets—people, kids of all ages, and other dogs alike! She’s gentle when taking treats and is always ready to play, whether it’s with a companion or entertaining herself. Cuddle sessions are her specialty, and she’ll happily snuggle up to keep you warm. Fully crate- and house-trained, Huntress is the complete package of love and loyalty. Could this amazing girl be the perfect addition to your family? All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption.
An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.
Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.
Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown.
