Since his training, Tanner has blossomed into the smart, silly, curious, playful pup we always knew he was. He still has some things to work on (what puppy doesn't?), but his training package includes two follow-up sessions with his eventual adopters to ease his transition into his forever home. After submission we check with the vet you referenced to obtain your pets medical history and the adopters compliance with recommendations

Interview
Once you pass the vet. reference, we schedule an interview to find out more about you, the applicant, and the type of dog you want to adopt

Home Check
If the phone interview is passed we then visit your home to see how one of our dogs reacts to the family, other pets and the environment.

Approve Application
We have a committee to whom the applications are presented. They read over the entire packet and either approve or deny the app

Meet the Pet
Once an adopter is approved they can call the foster parents and find out more about our dogs. If they match we set up a Meeting
6.
Sign Adoption Contract
If one of our dogs is a good fit, then at the meet an adoption can take place during the meet and greet
7.
Pay Fee
when contracts are signed, the fee is collected

The founding members of our rescue are dog lovers. Especially, small dogs! When we saw the need to help so many small dogs of various breeds and mixes, we collaborated to form a non-breed-specific rescue to help as many small dogs as possible. Our mission is to help dogs who weigh up to 20 pounds.
