Noel is 2 yrs old she is spayed, vaccinated and housetrained she is a smart girl affectionate playful and active loves other dogs and kids. In Jackson County, Alabama last year, approximately 2,000 innocent homeless and abandoned pets were killed last year. Safe Haven was formed to give these beautiful, loving animals a second chance.
