Meet Rocky!

Rocky is an almost 2-year-old Goldendoodle with a heart full of potential and a story of resilience. He was rescued from a heartbreaking situation—a backyard breeder where he had no socialization with people. Understandably, Rocky is very timid and needs a patient and loving family to help him continue his journey of trust and healing.

Since arriving at the rescue, Rocky has started to come out of his shell. He’s learning how to play with toys and other dogs, showing glimpses of the happy pup he’s meant to be. But Rocky is a work in progress and needs someone who understands that building trust takes time. He needs the space to learn, at his own pace, that human touch can be gentle and kind.

The three other doodles rescued alongside Rocky have already been adopted into homes that were committed to their growth, and Rocky deserves the same opportunity. He’s fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, heartworm positive, and currently receiving treatment.
