Spudley | Male ♂️ | 3 Years Old | Doodle 🐩 | Dogs: Yes | Cats: Unsure | Kids: No
Dating Bio: I'm very shy, but each day I learn how to be the dog I was always supposed to be!
Adoption Bio: Spudley was found in a rural area covered in filth and matted fur. This poor boy was likely a puppy mill discard after he had done his duties as a stud dog.
Spudley spent several months getting healthy and is ready to find that perfect family.
Spudley’s past took a toll on him, he is a nervous boy and needs a special home with owners who will have lots of patience with him and take it at his pace.
With each day that passes Spudleys confidence grows and personality shines. He is now remaining out of his crate during the day, even during naps! Spudley loves to run outside, chew on his toys, play tug o war with his furry friend, but eating some good old turkey will forever be his favourite pastime. He has learned to trust being around humans although physical touch still has to be taken at his pace after a lifetime of mistreatment.
Since being fostered with a confident friendly dog. Spudley has gained a lot of confidence off his furry friend and would benefit greatly from having a furry sibling in his forever home. He is great with all dogs and has yet to be cat tested.
Because he is nervous around people, a home with young kids is not ideal as the loud noises and fast movements will terrify him. Older dog savvy kids will be better for him.
Spudley is the sweetest boy and although he is fearful, he has never been aggressive. His journey has been incredible to watch and this is only the beginning! Help us find him his happily ever after!
Spudley is Neutered and current on vaccinations. He is located in Paris, ON.
