My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ooh-wee-hoo Weezer in the house! Our boy doesn't look just like Buddy Holly but his gooberness does have icon qualities. Weezer has a big head and short legs. He can still be an action star though if all his scenes are power cuddles. Weezer snorts when he chews and might need a bib to keep it clean. He plays with toys briefly, but his real hobby is people watching. Weezer is ready for nosy neighbor duty!

Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL

Email visitcacc@cityofchicago.org for more information.

The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.

All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter.

Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after time for decompression for the shelter dog.
