Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ace is very friendly, social, and outgoing. He loves people and wants your attention. From the moment we met Ace he was already comfortable rubbing up against us and purring when pet. He’s full of energy and loves to play with his toys. His favorites are a ping pong ball, small plush mouse, jingle ball, and pouncing on his spinning turntable. Ace loves playing with our three resident female cats. He was passive with them at first until they accepted him as part of the pack. Now he wrestles and plays chase all day. He also entertains himself with his toys. Ace is very affectionate and likes to sit with us while watching TV and usually cuddles up next to us at night. He usually comes running when we call him and is all purrs. Ace would be a wonderful addition to a loving home.
Ace is believed to have a neurological condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, commonly referred to as “wobbly cat syndrome.” This does not require any special treatment, care, or medication and will not affect him from living a full and happy life. The condition simply causes him to shake a bit and impairs his balance and coordination. He is still very capable, active, and playful but can be a little clumsy. He’s not a good climber but still “tries” to climb everything he can. He just hasn’t quite figured out how to get down safely. His access to high areas should be limited so he doesn’t fall or jump and hurt himself.
Ace does not like the adoption fair; he gets overstimulated by the environment. He’s a very fun, sweet, and affectionate boy but would prefer meet and greats in the comfortable setting of his foster home (only a ½ mile away) to make the best first impression.
Ace's date of birth is 8/9/2023.
Adoption fee is $150, which includes spay/neuter, current on vaccines, microchip, dewormed and free vet visit to be used within 5 days of adoption.

Animal Rescue of Tracy was founded in 1994 to meet an increasing need for compassionate care for abandoned or mistreated pets. In 2002, Animal Rescue of Tracy became a full-fledged, independent, non-profit rescue. In our existence we have rescued, spayed/neutered, and found homes for more than 5,000 cats and dogs.
