My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosebud and Elsa are gorgeous, friendly, playful and fun nine-year-old, patch tabby cats looking for a loving guardian.

These cats have been loved since the moment they were born in a foster home. Sadly, their mom fell and broke her hip; they were relinquished to the Friends of Petraits Rescue.

These girls are total charmers! They love every person they’ve ever met. They are not ones to hide when company comes over. However, they will need a period of transition. They love sleeping in bed with you, being brushed and snuggled. Elsa is the more playful of the two and Rosebud will be your lap cat! They have excellent litter box skills and are just a joy to share a home with.

They have only eaten dry food all their lives, so a supply of their favorite foods will come with them. They also come with their carriers, bowls, litter and litter box.

They are extremely healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, virus-tested negative, and microchipped. They even had bloodwork done and a full dental! Rosebud lost two teeth, but Elsa has all her original equipment.

If you’re interested in meeting and possibly adopting Rosebud and Elsa, please fill in the adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/ and follow up by e-mailing friendsofpetraits@gmail.com

Their adoption fee of $250 as a pair benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue. They are being fostered in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood.
