My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET MR. FAFNIR!  Elegant sleek BOY!

Hi my name is FAFNIR. I am hoping to find a new home with people that will love me & keep me for all time. I was found inside of a garage wall when I was five weeks old. I was scared-the people that found me had no idea where I came from but they have taken care of me. There are a lot of rescue dogs in the house that i live in now. I also had a best friend kitty, who died suddenly. One of the big dogs is my bestie, too but the others aren't crazy about me. I would like to have a family that I can hang out with all the time. I'm a real sweet boy that likes to cuddle, but I promise not to crowd you all the time. I use my litter box and almost never get into things that I shouldn't. Do you think I could live with you?

ALWAYS a Trial Period-YOU WILL LOVE Fafnir!

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.

Go meet their pets

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.

More about this rescue

A Welcome Home Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to help the homeless, hurt and/or abandoned animals. Our end goal is to place each animal in a permanent, loving home where all their needs will be met. We believe every animal deserves humane treatment. We believe in our role as caretakers, protecting those who cannot defend themselves, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.
