Hi there! I'm Axel, born 12/18/2020, and a purebred handsome German Shepherd. I'm fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. I'm fantastic with little dogs and kids, but as for cats, I just ignore them. I adore going for walks and I'm excellent on the leash, and I'm even good at walking alongside another dog. I successfully use the doggie door and I'm well-behaved when left alone in the house during the day. Although while I’m still getting to know you, i shouldn't be alone in backyard, or ill go looking for you. Just until I know you will always come back for me. Car rides are a favorite of mine, and I'm well-behaved at the groomers, though I'm not a fan of the dryer they use. But, I love to cuddle once I've warmed up to you. Only quirk is that I have a tendency to wander off if given the chance. I've got a bit of a squirrel brain you could say but overall, I'm a very good boy and I'm eager to meet my new forever family! Oh, and mom says I need a tall fenced in yard 🤷♀️

We will do an over the phone or in person interview with our adoption counselor.

Home Check
We will need a video of your home. We need to see the front numbers of your home, a quick inside walk through and a detailed backyard video.
3.
Meet the Pet
Meet and greets are done at events or at foster homes. These include all members of the family including all pets.
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
Adoption contract will be completed before dog is allowed to come home.
5.
Pay Fee
Adoption fee is range by the age of the dog.
6.
Take the Pet Home
Pets will only be taken home at our adoption events so all paperwork can be given.

If for any reason we see signs of the dog or puppy not doing well in the meet and greet we will remove them from the situation. Foster to adopt is available for many adult dogs.
