My story

Luna is a Belgian Malinois mix who is approximately 4 years old. We rescued Luna from Washington County Animal Shelter in January of 2023. A member of our family was recently diagnosed with and is undergoing treatment for cancer and unfortunately, we have to rehome her. We are not asking for an adoption fee, we only want her to be placed with someone who can give her the love, affection and attention she deserves. Luna would love a fenced in yard where she can run and get some exercise; this is not a requirement, however, without a yard, she would need to be walked several times a day. Luna is protective, loyal and obeys commands like "sit", "stay", "shake" and "speak (bark)". She also loves to play with toys, especially balls. Luna does not chew on furniture, shoes, etc. and is house trained. She interacts well with other pets and is good with children. If you are looking for a loyal companion and a good family dog, please consider adopting this sweet girl.
