Meet Magellan, the endearing and robust pup is sure to steal your heart! He's thought to be a mix of Australian Cattle Dog and Australian Kelpie, with an estimated birthdate in late February, and he currently weighs in at 19.2 pounds. Magellan's name reflects his adventurous spirit, as he's always the first to explore new places and experiences. On outdoor excursions, he's everywhere, examining bugs, leaves, sticks, and more, or splashing in the kiddie pool. Despite the rugged exterior characteristic of his breed mix, Magellan is a true sweetheart, renowned for his deep loyalty, protective nature, and loving demeanor. He's among the brightest of breeds, making him the perfect pet for families eager to stimulate his intellect and zest for life. Magellan knows how to sit and is mastering the art of paw-shaking; he's also comfortable in his crate. He's likely best suited for families with children over the age of ten, given his exuberant playfulness.
