My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fritz!

This stunning shepherd mix is around 11 months old and about 75 lbs. He was found in the wild with his mom and 5 siblings at 8 weeks old. He was adopted but sadly his adopted Dad suddenly passed away recently. Fritz is mourning that loss, as are we.

Fritz  is an active boy. He will love, love an active family, a home with a yard and someone who is interested in keeping his brain and body engaged.  He does mellow nicely at home as well.

Fritz is playful and eager to learn. He loves to snuggle and is learning leash manners well.

He would benefit from a playful adult dog in the home and time to socialize and have fun with others.

Fritz is a sweet and smart boy who will make a loyal companion for someone who can give him consistent training because he’s doing so well.

We think children aged 10+ is best because he is a bouncy and happy soul. He has had limited exposure to cats and shown minimal interest in them.

Come meet this incredible boy!

Fritz is vaccinated and chipped. His adoption fee is $495

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
