My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Joella! To learn more about me or setup time to meet me text my foster Mom at 954-654-3606 or submit an application!

Favorite Treat: Churu
Favorite Toy: Toy balls with bells inside
Favorite Nap Spot: Hidden away in sneaky nooks where you cant find me

I was found with my sister Billie inside a car's exhaust pipe. Despite our rough start, we've adapted wonderfully to indoor life and are now ready to find our forever home! I was originally Joel (Billie Joel) but when getting neutered it was determined I was a girl and I became Joella!

We get along great with other cats of all ages and would love a furry companion-maybe even my sister Billie! We also have two dog foster siblings that we get along with fabulously, and we would do great with kids of all ages.

More about this rescue

Fill the Void Animal Rescue is dedicated to addressing the overpopulation of stray and homeless cats through a compassionate and proactive approach. Our mission is to humanely trap, neuter, and release (TNR) feral cats to prevent further overpopulation, while rescuing and providing shelter for friendly cats and kittens. We strive to find loving homes for adoptable cats, offering them a second chance at a safe and fulfilling life. Our work not only helps individual animals but also supports the well-being of our community by reducing the number of homeless cats and fostering a culture of responsible pet ownership.
