My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucero is so great! She was a TNR that we discovered was pregnant, so we cared for her until puppies were weaned and then could not let go of her... she was just too sweet. She is approximately 2 years old and a petite 25 lbs (although she has a cute Shepherd ears and face). She has been spayed and cleared by the vet as a healthy pup.

Lucero is super quiet, watchful, and friendly. We've not heard her bark yet! She greets us with tail wagging and a jump up for a kiss (we are working on that!) and loves to snuggle and be brushed. She plays very well with the other adult dogs, and is curious of the area puppies. She has not been cat tested, so unsure on that front. Lucero is a wonderful dog. and would be great for many living situations (apartment, single home, dogs or not). She will be flown to the state of the approved adopter, so apply for sweet Lucero today!
