My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mama Cat and Kiwi!
This mother/daughter duo has faced a tough time after their owner sadly passed away. Their owner’s loyal friend, along with two dedicated foster caregivers, have been tirelessly searching for a forever home for them, but time is running out. Despite their efforts, this sweet family is still in need of a loving home. This beautiful family is fully fixed, chipped, vaccinated, and current on all medical needs. They even come with a special swag package to help them settle into their new home.

**Kiwi** Born 2019.
Sweet Kiwi, the only daughter, is very sweet, but very, very shy and needs to be with her momma. She has the sweetest little meow, but needs an owner who will give her time to come around. Until then, she will find a place to hide. Kiwi is looking for a home where she can stay with her beloved Mama Cat, continuing to receive the love and care they both deserve.

*What They Need**
- **Patience and Love**: These kitties are shy around strangers but once they trust you, they become friendly and affectionate. A quiet home with no children or dogs is best.
- **Experienced Adopter**: They will hide at first, for a month or more, so an experienced, patient adopter who understands their need for a slow adjustment period is preferred.
They have not been around children.

Additional adoption info

We do have an application form on our website. A home check is also done. We know our animals well and work hard to make sure the adoption will be a purr-fect match! We will be happy to answer your questions. We want an adoption to be the right fit for both the humans and the animal.

When you adopt a pet from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a pet who is much loved, well-cared for, and whom we know well. In turn, we know that an adopter will provide a loving, caring, home.

Cat adoptions are usually $125 each. Dog fees are based on breed. All are current on vaccinations and neutering. Some are microchipped. They are vetted again before delivery.

All of our adoptable cats and dogs are pictured on our website, with their videos, at www.lifelineforpets.org.
