Albie is about 1 year old and weighs 22 lbs. Albie is actually a compact bundle of joy with an adorable underbite that gives him a perpetually endearing expression. This sweetheart has such a happy disposition! He is almost crate-trained; though he prefers a bit of coaxing and treats to get inside but once he's settled, he's as cozy as can be. At bedtime, he's a pro at making his bed and curls up happily for a good night's sleep. He's house-trained, so he will make a respectable houseguest.
He absolutely adores playing with his favorite toys or a liberating game of fetch. You'll often find him bounding after his favorite ball with infectious enthusiasm (check out his video). He's a big fan of walks, exploring the world every chance he gets. He's mastered the art of sitting on command and is a champ at car rides — always eager for the next road trip! While he can be a bit mouthy, he's a quick learner and just needs some guidance in obedience training. Despite being cautious around new people, once he warms up, his happiness shines through, and he'll be your best buddy. He can be reactive when he sees other dogs on walks, but he's improving with positive reinforcement. Albie sheds minimally, making him a low-maintenance companion in the grooming department.
Albie’s life motto? "Fetch, walk, play, repeat — and don't forget the treats!" If you are prepared to welcome a loveable goofball of a character into your home, then apply to adopt ALBIE GCH at ehrdogs.org!
