Hello, friendly folks,
My name is Gio!
As you can tell, I am a very handsome 1yo aussie shepherd tipping the scales at around 35 pounds! I came from Texas and I am loving New York.
My fabulous foster mom says I am as smart and loving as I am handsome (not sure that is possible because, well, just look at me!).
The following are what I need to live a wonderful life:
Someone who loves me for me (we Assuies are smartypants and need for someone to keep us amused and engaged).
Someone who knows I am an athlete and let's me be one! ( I will easily run 10 miles while at daycare).
Someone who loves to have belly rubs and is okay with me on the furniture when it's time.
Someone who will brush me or at least get me to a booty salon to get my undercoat brushed out and my butt curtains trimmed ( I need to look camera ready at all times).
Someone who likes walks. I am very good walking my humans and don't like to pull.
I am smart and love my humans. I love to do things with them but also get along with all the doggos . I don't believe I have met a cat, so I'm not sure. I ride well in a car and airplane. I like my crate but don't really need it. I haven't shown any signs of anxiety ( except wanting to be with my humans). They are trying to put a few pounds on me so I can have my summer bod, and I do love food and treats!
