Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sometime during puppyhood, Ian ruptured the ligaments in both his back legs. When he came to us, he was in so much pain he had trouble walking. Ian had to have corrective surgery on both legs. A year and a half later, Ian completed both surgeries, battled post-surgery complications and bravely completed rehab. It was only when all this was completed that Ian finally got to live his life. This boy wastes no time in doing just that! He finally gets to ‘dog”😊He loves playing with fellow doggos. Running along a fence, mouth wrestling, sometimes body slamming are some exercises he likes 😊With humans, he loves his walks, cuddles and pets! Sometimes Ian thinks he is a small dog. He manages to find your lap and parks himself there until your legs go numb from his 90lb frame 😊Ian absolutely adores all humans. His most favorite thing to do is hang out and being wherever you are. Sometimes Ian gets over stimulated because he is just so happy to be doing all these things, he can’t contain his excitement. Imagine having to wait until you are 2.5 years old before you can finally ‘dog’.
Ian is a 2.5 years old 90lb American Bulldog. He is sweet, affectionate, loyal and so very friendly. He is looking for a family who doesn’t mind getting a little hair on their clothes and furniture 😊, love doggie cuddles and include him on family activities. Ian is crate and house trained, dog friendly.
