Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Cinco is a 1.5yo Lab Retriever Shepherd mix that we adopted 15 months ago. He is an amazing dog who has excellent temperament with kids and loves off leash dog parks. He was a rescue and due to his breed ambiguity he is much smaller than other lab-retriever mixes. He loves to be around people and dogs and has an incredibly loving soul.
He is house trained and prefers to sleep close to people if possible. He will only bark at other dogs from the yard, other than that he is pretty quiet. He does not bark at guests and does everything he can to be close to people and the action. He even does really well with babies and toddlers.
Because he is still young he needs a lot of exercise. If he goes to a dog park he is extremely well behaved the rest of the day. We as a family are too busy to give him the amount of play and exercise he needs. We are looking for a family that has the time to play with him the amount he needs.
