Meet Ashe! !
Where to start with this silly girl? There’s a whole lot of personality packed into her petite frame! Ashe entered her foster home very unsure of people. Foster mom could not pet her, or even get too close.
Now, she’s a social butterfly! Lots of patience and toys did the trick. Ashe plays seemingly nonstop with her toys. Her favorites are jingly balls and crinkle toys. She also has a stuffed animal kitten that looks just like her, that she snuggles and carries around. Her “baby,” as foster mom calls it, will be accompanying Ashe to her new home.
Ashe has gotten so friendly, that she will grab your hand for pets, and rub all over your legs so you can’t leave her side. She even lets foster dad rub her belly!
Ashe would do best with a family that understands she might need some time to settle in, one with older children. While she isn’t a lap cat right now, she does love attention, and foster mom has high hopes she’ll be snuggling her new family in no time.
Ashe needs a furry friend, whether it be another kitty or a cat-friendly dog. She is very interested in foster mom’s cats, and has never hissed or growled at them.
If you are interested in adopting, applications can be found on our website www.ahimsahaven.org. Meet and greets are with an approved application by appointment only.
As always, cats that are ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested.
