Hi my name is Otto. I was rescued after my many cries for help went unheard. I was left tied to a tree in the middle of nowhere during a rainstorm. I was out there for a while but thankfully I cried and howled load enough and am now safe. I am a sweet boy and haven't show any sign of aggression to the other dogs or people I have meet. Wont you open your heart to me?
