Meet Bernie, your new loyal best friend! Bernie is a terrific companion with a very cute scruffy face. He gets along with cats, dogs, and all the humans he meets. Whether you're heading to the office, the farmers market, or on a hike, Bernie will be thrilled to be by your side.
As the true gentleman that he is, Bernie is calm and intelligent. He is fantastic on a leash, jumps right into the car, and greets everyone with a wagging tail. He does not have a prey drive at all, so walks with him are always peaceful and pleasant. Bernie is crate-trained, does not have separation anxiety, and is not a barker. He is very mellow and loving.
Currently, Bernie is in a foster home with two dogs and two cats, and he gets along wonderfully with all of them! His foster mom says: ”Anyone would be lucky to have such a sweet dog in their life.”
Are you ready to give Bernie the forever home he deserves? He will be incredibly loyal and forever thankful. to you. Fill out an adoption application today to meet this awesome dog and start your journey together!

Note: Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster to adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.
