Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mazzy!
Hey everybody, my name is Mazzy, and I'm the most special gal! I'm a young adult now, and I've found myself looking for my forever home. You might notice that I have a lot of extra skin, and that makes me extra beautiful! It also might add a pound or two to my 47-pound frame because pictures make me look a little lighter than I actually am. Let me tell you, that extra skin can tear a little bit easier than a normal dog's skin because I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, but it doesn't affect my joints one bit, so I don’t have to take any meds for it. I just need to make sure I don't play too rough with my fur friends, that's all! I get along well with other dogs of all sizes, but the calmer, the better, so they don't jump on me or scratch me. I do really well with all the humans I've met, but men are more scary to me, so they just need to be patient with me and show me they're safe. I do fabulously with children of all ages, and really enjoy being around them! I'm a bit timid, but I will also alert you to any strange noises I hear or of new people coming into the home, so I might not do super great with living in an apartment building where there might be a lot of extra noise. I go potty outside, and I really enjoy going on walks, and I do quite well, though why do some of those trucks need to be so big and loud? I'm not sure how well I would do with kitties since I think it's fun to chase squirrels and bunnies in the yard!
Foster mom says I would really benefit from some training as I'm still a young lady, and I'm so, so smart! I've never really been taught some of the basic things in life, so having someone to take the time to show me how to be a proper lady would be so great for me! I'm really good at taking a toy and keeping myself occupied! I promise to make you laugh with my silly antics and zoomies I get. Now I'm ready for my ride or die bestie to go hiking by day and snuggling by night with! I sure how you see how perfect I am!
