Rocky is a gentle 5-year-old with a heart as big as he is; with a calm, easygoing personality. This mellow guy is the definition of `man`s best friend` – he loves nothing more than being by your side, whether it’s lounging at home, strolling through the neighborhood, or enjoying a cozy afternoon nap. Rocky is great with all ages, making him the perfect companion for families, singles, or seniors looking for a loyal friend. He’s house-trained, does well left alone at home out of a crate, well-mannered, and doesn’t need a lot of exercise – just some affection and a soft spot to relax.
When Rocky came in he was in pretty rough shape with a cronic ear infection that was treated by our amazing clinic team. Unfortunatly the only treatment for his ear infections was a removal of his entire ear canal. Despite this he is sweet life-loving dog and has been recovering super well in his foster home.
His foster reports that `Rocky is a big teddy bear. He is totally unbothered by loud noises, foot traffic outside of our apartment, or anything seen on our walks. He loves car rides, the water, and getting snuggles. He`s a really gentle soul and would love to have a permanent home to call his own!`
Rocky`s gentle nature and warm eyes say it all: he’s ready for a forever home filled with love and companionship.
