Meet Cheeto! This playful three-year-old boy is always ready to be in the center of the action. With his soft fur and friendly personality, Cheeto’s charm is hard to resist. During his time in foster care, he’s proven himself to be the perfect guest— he`s a litter box pro, a polite eater, and full of delightful chortles and trills that are guaranteed to brighten your day.
Though Cheeto tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) after being rescued from the streets, don’t let that deter you! Many FIV/FeLV-positive cats like Cheeto can live long, happy lives indoors with the right care, diet, and regular vet check-ups. These conditions aren`t contagious to humans or dogs but can spread to other cats, so Cheeto would need to be your one-and-only feline. Given his friendly and social nature, he’d likely thrive with a canine companion to play with.
Cheeto is neutered and vaccinated and ready for his forever home. If you`re searching for a sweet, talkative friend, Cheeto is eager to fill your home with warmth and companionship.
•Litter Box Trained: Yes
•Good with Other Cats: No, should not be around other cats unless also FIV/FeLV+
•Good with Dogs: Likely yes. Cheeto has been fostered in a home without other pets, so his introduction to other animals would be new, but based on his easygoing nature, he’d likely build fast friendships and enjoy a dog buddy
