Meet Dillinger, one of our newest residents at the Mikey & Me kennels for Happy Days Rescue.

Dillinger is about 3 and 1/2 years old, he weighs about 60 pounds, and he is a wonderful dog. He has a beautiful, shiny coat and he appears to be in good health. Dillinger enjoys taking walks and he manages quite well on-leash. He also enjoys running zoomies and interacting with his friend, Louie, in the outdoor play yard. Dillinger eats well and takes treats in a gentle manner; he will make a wonderful companion dog for an active family.

Dillinger has his first Vet appt. today where he will be updated on vaccines, given a heart worm test, a full physical exam, etc. I will update this post if anything stands out after his visit. Dillinger will be given monthly HW prevention and flea and tick meds after this initial consultation.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
