Louie is a sweet and gentle boy who is around 4 years old. He was rescued after being kept in a bathroom and beat by his previous owners. Louie was adopted and lived in a home with children for a few months before he was returned by no fault of his own. Louie loves people, is great on a leash, and plays well with other dogs.
