Meet REGGIE

What a LOVE! Reggie is so eager to please his people! He's a bit of a velcro dog and would love to be in a home where his people are often around.
He walks beautifully on leash, is house trained, very playful but gentle. He loves to be outdoors, and would love to go on some adventures.

He would love a family that will shower him with kindness. He wants to be so obedient, and sticks close to people. He does jump in people when he gets excited , so he could use some training. He’s good with other dogs, and cats, but will try to initiate play with a cat with some chase. Dog savvy cats would be best.

He’s apprehensive when first meeting new people, which is how most rescues are once they arrive to their whole new world. We absolutely adore this sweet boy, and know he’s going to bring so much joy to his new family!

Found sitting in the bushes by the side of a busy road as Bonnie headed back up the mountain and back to the shelter, she stopped her van; he stood up and started running towards her as fast as he could! He knew it, this was his rescue day! She scooped him up and into hear arms he went. He stayed glued to her side the rest of the way to the shelter. Wherever she was going, he was going with her! Reggie is known at the rescue as being a gregarious, playful and smart rescue. Just wants love and attention. He's fully vetted, sterilized and ready to go home.
