My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucas is a handsome and loving pup who is full of surprises! He can be independent and gentle, but also has a playful side to him when he gets to know you. Although he may seem a bit shy at first, he's actually very affectionate and will melt your heart with his wet kisses. It's important to note that Lucas will need some extra time and space to warm up to his new surroundings. He's good with other dogs, but slow introductions are a must. He would prefer to be the only four-legged friend in the household or have a mellow female dog companion. If you're looking for a sweet and cuddly friend, Lucas will be the perfect fit for you. Although he may be a bit weary at first, he will surely warm your heart and fill your life with love and joy. If you have any questions about Lucas, please email us!

He will be in WA on 5/29/24 and needs a committed foster or adopter!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Please read carefully before applying. At Juno's Den, the priority is to find homes able, willing and committed to meet our dogs needs.

2.

Interview

If meeting our dog's needs requires to make sacrifices or modify your lifestyle or not all family members are on board, please do not apply.

3.

Home Check

Owning a home with a yard may be the best for some dogs. We don't base our decision on potential adopters having a yard. Depends on the dog.

4.

Approve Application

An approved application may or may not be for the dog you applied for if we believe there is a better match for your family.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

6.

Pay Fee

Adoption fee is $550 + $150-$200 (transport fee)

7.

Take the Pet Home

We approved you to adopt one of our dogs. If for any reason you cannot keep our dog, any other potential adopter needs to be approved by us.

Additional adoption info

We require an official ID, at least 3 references and current/prospective veterinary information.

One of our requirements is to periodically be in contact after the adoption and throughout your dog's life.

Our process is very thorough and we do not offer meet and greets at this time.

If after reviewing your application, we believe one of our dogs is a good fit for your family, we will be in touch for an interview.

Thank you
