My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buttercup, the sweetest pup around! She's super smart and loves tearing up the agility course. Pool parties? She's all in, making a splash every chance she gets. And when it comes to toys, the more, the merrier!
Buttercup is loving the single life right now and prefers to be your one and only pet. She's all about getting all the love and attention you can give. If you're ready to spoil a fun-loving, loyal companion 24/7, Buttercup is your girl!

More about this rescue

Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
