Tachi came from extreme neglect. Infested with fleas, missing fur on back end. Infected eyes and private area. He acts as if he's been abused. He's gentle and submissive. He is a lap dog. Rides well in the car. Just wants love. Gets along with other dogs just gets scared sometimes.He is 2-3 years old.
